Capitalized words have the meaning as defined in the following terms. The following singular and plural definitions have the same meaning.

  • “Product”   means the items for sale.
  • “Order”   A request you make to purchase products from us.
  • “Service”  means our website.

  • “You, the Customer”  means the person accessing the Service, or the company or other entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service  .

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 0-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When we receive large quantities of orders, shipping may be delayed for several days. Please allow additional processing days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp or telephone. If you have your consent to the delay, we will ship the product on the promised date. If you are not available on the promised day, we will refund you the full amount.

The shipping costs of your orders are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 7 working days from the delivery of the order to the carrier.

Delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions and the cargo density of the freight company.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipping confirmation information related to your order will be sent to the email address provided in the information you entered when placing your order. This email contains a URL so that we can track the shipment of the product.

Customs Duties, VAT and Other Payments

All taxes and duties are paid for orders you place on the AccessoryPart website and their prices include VAT. If for any reason the courier charges additional customs fees, please collect the item and let us know via email. We ask you to reimburse these costs. If the product does not arrive at the customer on the first shipment, the return costs may be charged to the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. If the customer requests to return the order, the free delivery option may not be available and the delivery fee may be requested. Shipping costs for shipments after the first free delivery are at the discretion of AccessoryPart.

Countries that are not members of the European Union   may charge additional customs fees when shipping products to their own citizens. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional customs charges. The customer acknowledges having taken this information into account when creating his order.

– If the customer does not receive the product and the product is returned as a return, the shipping costs and the total amount of customs duties for returning the returned product will be deducted  from  the total amount to be refunded.

– If the customer does not receive the product and the product is destroyed by the country’s customs, the order will not be refunded.

Damaged Products

AccessoryPart cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost products. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you have any problems communicating with the shipping company, you can contact us and ask us to assist you. AccessoryPart may ask you to return the damaged product and, if necessary, send you a new product. If necessary, AccessoryPart can send you a new product to replace the one lost during shipping. If the shipment is damaged, the AccessoryPart shipper is not responsible. AccessoryPart can help you solve this problem.
